The pandemic has changed the way we view our world forever, perhaps it wasn't the happiest of times, but some can view it as a time to reflect on all that you've experienced during your life time.
Being alone with nothing, but your thought is both a blessing and a curse. The constant anxiety of the looming pandemic and the fear for your loved ones is dangerous fro your mental health, the constant routine of no purpose or doing nothing has cast many into depression.
Therapy isn't always the answer though! Sometimes the way to stop all these nagging thoughts is through simple steps, such as connecting to a social group of people facing similar challenges to you or feeling security that your children will need for nothing.
